Delivery

Users of the online system will be able to opt to either:

• request tickets to be sent by post, for which a postage and handling charge will be made.
• print a voucher onto A4 paper which can be exchanged for tickets at the door of the venue. No additional charge is made for this option.

Vouchers will be available for printing from the website following confirmation of payment. A direct link to the relevant page, will be included in the transaction confirmation email sent to the customer. Access will also be available from within a user’s account which will be maintained on the website.

Requests for postal tickets will be accepted from UK customers only and will be fulfilled within one week of receipt. Except in unusual circumstances, tickets will be despatched no later than 7 days before the event. The usual method of delivery will be by first class post although other methods of delivery appropriate to a customer’s circumstances may be used at the discretion of Music in Mayfield Limited.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds will not be given, unless a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place.

Subject to availability, tickets may be accepted for resale at the face value shown on the ticket. The original ticket(s) must be with the Box Office before we can begin the resale process. Please note that a resale is never guaranteed and that Music in Mayfield Ltd reserves the right to sell remaining tickets before returned tickets

All tickets are sold subject to the right of the Management to make any alterations to the published events, dates or casts that may be necessary owing to illness or other unavoidable causes.
